The Future of Hip Hop: Logic

Over the last couple of years, a local artist from the DC metro area has been silently etching his name in the hip hop world. If you haven’t heard of the name Logic, allow me to introduce you. With his mix tape, “Young, Broke and Infamous”, he not only introduced himself to the world, but he kicked in your speakers in the process. With songs such as “Young Sinatra”, “I Want it All” and “I Just Wanna” Logic provides his twist on the classic hip hop vibe.

He has recently followed up his breakout debut with the equally acclaimed “Young Sinatra” which embodies the type of growth only a true student of the game can posses . His list of collaborations on this album features big names the likes of Lykke Li on his song “Let me Go “ and r&b artist Raheem Devaughn on “Take it Slow”

The future of hip hop looks to be alive and well.
